Rasmussen College has partnered with the City of Green Bay, Wis. to compete for Google’s newest technology, according to an article in WBAY-TV.
The search engine giant is looking to build and test a new fiber optic, ultra-high speed Internet in at least one community across the country, according to the article. Applications for this new technology are racing to Google, although it won’t disclose how many applications it has received.
Google is encouraging applicants to be creative with their submissions, so Rasmussen and the City of Green Bay have teamed up to produce a video that showcases their city’s talents through citizen interviews.
