Rasmussen College’s newest campus broke ground in Blaine, Minn., October 21. The Blaine campus should be completed by Summer of 2010, said Lindsey Boynton, campus marketing manager, in an interview with the Twin Cities Pioneer Press. This will be Rasmussen’s eighth campus in Minnesota and its 18th in the country.
